Roxana Properties commenced operations in 2008. Together with our promoters we have over three decades of experience in real estate development.
Roxana across Hyderabad has developed 20 projects comprising of 1.6 Million square feet of prime commercial, residential and retail space and 1.0 Million square feet under construction. Our portfolio of real estate developments spans the commercial, residential, retail, healthcare and warehousing.
Our commercial real estate business includes the development of business parks for the IT/ITES sector and corporate office space. The majority of the completed projects in our commercial portfolio are built-to-suit and fit-out developments undertaken for specific clients.
Going forward, we intend to undertake a combination of built-to-suit projects and those done without pre-commitment

A Chartered Accountant by profession with 35 years of experience. Started Roxana Properties by developing owned properties in the heart of the city.
Eradh Syed
Director
Eradh Syed, a dynamic young professional is one the Directors of Roxana Properties, one of Hyderabad’s finest property developers. He is a Law graduate from Osmania University.
He has been exposed to the world of Real estate and Property development from a very early age of 12 years. He is keenly involved with the strategy and operations of the Roxana Properties and its diversified businesses, along with his father Mr. Syed Ghouseuddin, Chairman and Managing Director of Roxana Properties Private Limited.
Mir Moizuddin Ali Khan
Director
Mir Moizuddin Ali Khan, has over 2 decades of experience in the real estate and property development sector. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Andhra University. He has been a part of the Company since incorporation. He is currently responsible for handling investor relationships and land related issues of the Company.
Mir Sultan Ali
Director
Mir Sultan Ali, is a practising architect based in Hyderabad. He is associated with Roxana Properties as design director, engaging in Architecture, Interior, Landscape and Lighting since 2012, and was previously holding the position of senior architect with Arif Hassan Associates.
A graduate from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. His portfolio ranges from master planning, mix-use developments and high-rise luxury residences. He has over 26 Years of of experience in design and development.
M.A.Qayoom
CFO
M.A. Qayoom, aged 61 years has been associated with the Roxana Properties since 2008, and was previously holding the position of Finance and Accounts of Roxana Facilities Services. He has been entrusted with the responsibility of Chief Financial Officer with effect from April 1, 2015. He was the topper in B.Com from Osmania University. He has over 35 years of experience in the fields of Finance and Accounting.
